HASSAN II MOSQUE

Designed by French architect Michel Pinseau, who also designed the Moroccan pavilion for the Seville World's Fair. Completed in 1993, coinciding with the Prophet Muhammad's birthday, the Hassan II Mosque has become a symbol of the city. The second largest in the world after Mecca, its green-tiled minaret reaches 200 meters. Inside, we will visit the ablution area with 41 marble fountains and stucco walls. The mosque showcases the richness of Moroccan artisanship: carved wood, latticework, tiles, frescoes, and geometric mosaics.

Located outside the city, the famous Chez Ali restaurant offers a magnificent traditional vegan dinner and a varied show representing music and culture from different Moroccan regions. After sipping mint tea on one of the terraces of the famous Jemaa el-Fna Square and watching the sunset, a nighttime carriage ride through the old city's districts (the Medina) and El Hivernage (the city's residential center) is a delightful experience.
