Excursion to Kok Tobe Park on the mountain hill (by cable car).

Visiting Kok Tobe hill with the tallest TV tower in the world. Short ride from the top of the hill to the center of the city by the famous Almaty cableway.

Excursion to the Charyn Canyon (236 km one way from the city) - The canyon is situated on the Tian Shan’s spurs near the border with China. Charyn Canyon is a natural monument built from sedimentary rocks, which age is about 12 million years, and stretches for 154 kilometers along the valley of Charyn river. The most interesting and frequently visited tourist destination is so-called "Valley of Castles". The grove of relict species of ash, survived during the era of glaciation, preserved in the bosom of the canyon and another such grove is only in North America. Landscape diversity of Charyn canyon leads to the variety of flora and fauna. Charyn canyon reminds Colorado Grand Canyon in North America and loses to it in terms of sizes but not in terms of beauty.

Transfer to Kolsay Lakes

Visit one of the most beautiful lakes, located in the surroundings of Almaty - Kolsay Lake. It is also called a blue necklace of Northern Tien Shan. And it is quite understandable – such beauty cannot be found anywhere! In the Kazakh language “Kolsay” means “a lake in the valley”.

Optional activities:

Boat trip on the first lake Kolsay - approximately 6000 tenge per boat, the trip lasts about 30 minutes (possible to vary);

Horseback riding to the second lake Kolsai - an extreme route, the cost is specified on the spot;

Hiking tour to the second lake Kolsai - a long walk around the surroundings;

Transfer to Almaty, overnight.

Excursion to Medeo & Shymbulak (by cable car)

Medeo ice rink situated on the height of 1691.2 meters above the sea level is known around the world. It was built in 1972. The surface of the ice occupies 10500 square meters, which allows conducting competitions of skating, hockey and figure skating.

Ski resort "Shymbulak" is situated in the picturesque ravine of Zailiysky Alatau Mountain on the height of 2260 meters above the sea level and in 25 kilometers from the center of the city of Almaty. At the height of 3163 meters above the sea level the elevators start their ways down.

Visiting Ayu Sai Visit Center at Almarasan gorge.

Almarasan gorge  is a popular place for tourism and simple walks among those who do not want to climb the peaks, and just want to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding nature. The gorge is located in the south-west of Almaty.

Visiting The Green Bazaar and Rakhat Chocolate Market.

The Green Bazaar is a landmark of Almaty and a great tourist destination. The market is more than a hundred years old. Here you can find food products, clothing, furniture, and so on. The Green Bazaar attracts visitors with its unique energy and wide product range.  It is a peculiar "museum" of Kazakhstani culture of trade.

“Rakhat” JSC is one of the largest manufacturers of confectioneries in the Kazakhstan with its history of 70 years. There is one place in Almaty which you would love to visit.
 
They also make chocolates for people suffering from diabetes and their low-calorie products like candies, cookies and waffles are a range among the people and tourists.
