How to Reach

By Air

The primary entry point is Zvartnots International Airport (EVN) in Yerevan, which serves direct flights from major cities in Europe, the Middle East, Russia, and Asia. Some airlines also operate seasonal flights. Another option is Shirak Airport (LWN) in Gyumri, which mainly connects to Russia.

By Land

  • From Georgia : You can enter Armenia via the Sadakhlo-Bagratashen or Bavra-Ninotsminda border crossings. Buses, trains, and taxis operate between Tbilisi and Yerevan.
  • From Iran : The Meghri border checkpoint allows entry, with buses and taxis available from Tehran to Yerevan.
  • From Turkey & Azerbaijan : Borders are closed, and direct travel is not possible.

By Train

A railway service operates between Tbilisi and Yerevan, offering an overnight journey.

For the most convenient and quickest option, flying to Zvartnots International Airport is recommended.
